先説結論：0星。 這家酒店有嚴重種族歧視！我和孩子兩人預訂，因系統錯誤，入住人一欄衹顯示了孩子的名字，前台藉口不允許21歲人單獨入住而拒絕為我們辦理入住。我們解釋不是單獨入住，我和他一起，並出示了我的證件。前台説預訂訊息裏沒有我名字，我説那是系統錯誤，同時該房型就是兩人房型，你可現在加進我的名字，原本就是為我們兩人定的。前台説麻州及萬豪酒店規定，加不了也辦不了。我們説我們已查詢了麻州法律和萬豪規則，並沒有明確規定我們這種情況不能加名字及入住。另外，如果你們酒店真是規定得這麼嚴格，就應該在我們衹輸入孩子一人姓名年齡情況下，系統不予通過，而不是預訂成功，收取了房費而不讓我們住， 順便説一句，在我們前面也是一位華裔和他交涉了很久，前台非説人家在第三方平台上的預訂就不能享受萬豪會員的待遇，超級吳（無）齒（恥）。 整個酒店大堂還充斥着嚴重的下水道味道，我們是忍住巨大的俄（惡）新（心）和他交涉，最終未能成功，白白損失了一晚房費，同時見識到了令人作嘔的種族歧視的嘴臉。

We were at the hotel for a wedding and our family occupied 7 rooms. When reservations were made for our party, we asked if we could reserve a room or the bar facility for an event during our stay. We were told yes, and that was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. Weeks before our stay, we were informed that the bar (still advertised on this facility's website), would not be open, so we had to make other plans at the last minute. As we spoke to local people around Williamstown in our search for another venue, one store owner told us "They never had a bar. They never got a liquor license. They lied to you to get your reservations." The rug in my room was stained and dirty -- about 20 square feet of marks and dirt overall. There were various sticky materials embedded in some stains; others were caked up with a white powdery material (maybe some stain remover that was never vacuumed up?). When I brought the problem to the attention of staff at the desk, the staff member said that they had cleaned the rug professionally. I told him it was still dirty, that I could flake white powdery stuff off the surface of the rug and scratch sticky stuff out of some stains with my hand. (See photos included in this review.) I asked for some rug cleaning materials and a vacuum. The response was that "It's not going to get any better." I was traveling with my elderly father who needed an extra blanket or a comforter. When I asked staff at the front desk, I was told none were available. They then said housekeeping were doing laundry and could provide something when we were done. I waited in the lobby about 40 minutes when someone brought out 3 thin cotton coverlets. I said we needed something warm, like a comforter. She said none were available, so I gave my father my comforter. And I could go on... reservations were mixed up, etc., etc., etc. This place is clearly understaffed and the staff who are there are inexperienced. Ultimately, this is a management issue -- the overtaxed staff are not to blame. Stay away!!!

We stayed here Aug 21, 2024 and were very disappointed at the experience given the cost of the room and the manner in which the establishment is promoted. First the positive points: the room was clean and well-maintained, the room has a decent capsule coffee machine, the king size bed was comfortable, and the check in was easy and the clerk (Dave) was kind and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good for this standard of hotel and we were satisfied with it. However, the shortcomings were significant. First, the body soap and the conditioner containers were both completely empty. How does that even happen? My wife found out after her shower had begun and I was already asleep. What is she supposed to do at 11:00 PM? Towel off, call the desk and tell them the situation? This is a total failure. I would expect this in a $75 / night dump, not a $270 / night "Inn & Suites". Next, the sound proofing of the room was in fact akin to a two bit motel: we heard our neighbors repeatedly in the evening and the morning. More than annoying. Finally, the morning clerk was surly and when checking out the feeling was like we were doing her and by extension the establishment a favor rather than the opposite. I don't expect hugs and kisses but how about a "how was your stay" or a basic "thank you for staying with us"? Not with this clerk. All in all, this stay was underwhelming and poor value.

Our family of four stayed one night at this property. We were first placed in room 105, which had mold in the bathroom. We were promptly moved to a clean room. The stay was otherwise uneventful, though we were very disappointed in what happened after we left. One of our party left a rain coat in the closet. We called on the same day of our departure and every day thereafter for a full week. Every person we spoke to demonstrated little or no interest in helping to locate the rain coat. Every person took our phone number and promised to call back and report on their efforts to locate the coat, but not one of them called back. We received conflicting information each time we called. One person said no one has stayed in that room since you left, then the next person said someone has stayed in that room every night since you left. We contacted the manager, Tracy, who did not respond. I assume a housekeeper or guest found and kept the coat, which is not the end of the world for me, but the staff did nothing to help or investigate. Just really, really poor service.

Our executive suite room was a very good size with a sofa, coffee table, desk and the option for King bed or 2 Queens. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants, shopping, Mt, Greylock, museums and Williams College. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold options.

Perfect hotel if you're looking for a decent place to stay within driving distance of Jiminy Peak. The hotel is on the newer end which made the rooms feel clean and let in lots of light. Decent amenities (pool, workout room) and breakfast as well.

Stayed here three nights. Overall it is a convenient location and there were some experiences that align with the Marriott brand, but there were also many disappointments. Pro: - typical breakfast (except when they run out of items) - good wifi - relatively new and mostly clean - staff were friendly - bathroom is clean and had all amenities - room furnishings relatively new and unmarked Con: - hallway was never vacuumed; a piece of dental floss lay outside a room door for all three nights - housekeeping at most is every other day, and you need to request that - very little privacy as sound carries through walls - one morning, breakfast ran out of oatmeal, cut fruit, and bowls - shower hot water at full hot was just warm enough - insufficient drawer and closet space for anything longer than a couple of nights - only one chair in the room - room telephone is not operating. calling main number from mobile phone at night you cannot reach front desk. needed to get dressed and walk over. - weekend price is 300/night, very expensive for what you get - bed was so soft it seems damaged, hurting my lower back for days I will seek out different accommodations next time. -
